Membership Information

We are a member's only shooting club.

To become a member we invite you to come out and do some shooting either by participating in a match and do some practice shooting after the match or on a practice day. The reasoning behind this is to help us ensure you are able to handle firearms in a safe manner before becoming a member. It's one step toward providing a safe place to shoot.

Although you do not need to be a member to participate in a match, we would prefer you join if you continue to participate in our matches. If you just want to practice or plink then you must become a member. You may be a guest two times then you must join. We need the money for targets, paint, paperwork, website, etc. Our membership fees are what keeps the High Power Club up and running.

You will have to fill out a membership application and waiver while at the range.

You must be a member of the NRA before membership application submittal. Bring your NRA card or address lable from your NRA magazine with you when you sign up.

Starting January 1st. 2012 the yearly (calendar year) membership fee  will be $105, due to rising cost of everthing, this is unavoidable.

Membership includes immediate family members living in the same household, but each person must pay the daily member range fee.

Member daily range fee $15 per day
Children 18 and under of members $10 per day
Non member daily range fee $25
Children of non members $15 per day

Law enforcement and active duty military & reserves do not need to become members $20 per day, but you must show curent I.D.

Being a member of the High Power club includes membership in NCSA (North County Shootist Association). $50 of our $105 goes to NCSA. If the High Power club is not your cup of tea, then click on www.ncsapala.com and check out what the other affiliates have to offer. NCSA is involved in many shooting disciplines, see list below.
